Orders are shipped twice a week on a Tuesday & a Thursday. Bespoke items are usually shipped between 5-7 days as they are made to order- please to email me if you have a time constraint and I will do my best to help you. All other items will be shipped on their closest post office date.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Down by the river I work hard to create high quality and unique products, however if for any reason you're not happy with your order, please get in touch within 3 days of receiving your package and let me know about any issues. If applicable, I will advise details of how to return the item(s) for either an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in saleable condition within the original packaging they arrived in within 10 days. Bespoke items are not returnable unless damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will be in touch to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment - this will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. I do not currently accept exchanges due to the
nature of the products.
