ONE TO ONE

I offer bespoke workshops and one to ones both with my work with everlasting flowers and with fresh flowers, drawing on my experience of wedding floristry and in particular my passion for British flowers, sustainability and floral foam free mechanics. These workshop days can be tailored to you.

One to One Floral Workshop

Private Tuition with Flower Farmers & Growers in mind

I am passionate about championing local & British flowers and looking after the environment as best we can. In my own practice I have developed this sustainable ethos, focusing on foam free techniques and creating some beautiful arrangements on my journey- for many weddings & events, alongside teaching workshops for the local community. In my experience, many of the growers I have connected with are wonderful at growing their marvellous blooms but have struggled a little when it comes to arranging. This is why I started offering this service and I can’t wait to share what I have learnt with you.

Please join me if you are excited to let your creativity flourish and to experiment and explore your individual floral style. We will explore together the sheer joy of British flowers and create beautiful arrangements that will last for the event in mind using my tried and tested techniques.

Arrangements we can create together

We can create the following, but please do let me know if there is anything in particular you would like to focus on. All designs focus on sustainable mechanics:

  • Conditioning flowers

  • Freestanding asymmetric arch way (skills transferable to different archway formats)

  • Large/Small urn arrangements (this can also be adapted for Milk Churn arrangements)

  • Meadow arrangements

  • Garland making

  • Spiral bouquet technique

  • Front facing bouquet technique

  • Wiring- perfect for all small bridal party arrangements- buttonholes|corsages|flower crowns| Hair flowers

  • Cake flowers

  • Wrapping bouquets and packaging tips

The best bit is, I can come to you- using your own materials, so that you can become confident in knowing your own flowers and in using sustainable mechanics and techniques yourself. Please enquire for more information.
